The ability to archive/delete clients

Add the ability for therapists to archive or delete client profiles. Archive: - Removes the client from the active list but keeps their data accessible for record-keeping. - Archived clients can be restored later. Delete: - Permanently removes the client and all associated data (tasks, sessions, notes). - Require a confirmation modal (e.g., “Are you sure you want to permanently delete this client? This action cannot be undone.”). UI Updates: - Add Archive and Delete options in the client profile/actions menu. - Provide filters/tabs to view Active vs Archived clients.

Therapy Notes Rich Formatting Support

It would be great to have the ability to to message a client without having to assign a task.

Uploading Custom Handouts and Worksheets

Therapists can respond and give feedback after worksheets are completed

A feature allowing therapists to review completed worksheets and provide feedback directly in Flutura. This would enable ongoing support between sessions and give clients clearer guidance.

Inactive Client Account Management

Therapists need the ability to create a client profile directly within Flutura without requiring the client to sign up or log in. This would make it possible to record notes, track progress, and share resources for clients who may not have access to a phone or email—such as children or clients in supported settings.
